The operation of a beauty salon is dynamic: shifts, customer service, cleaning, restocking products, team coordination, and administrative tasks. The Task Module was designed to reflect the reality of the industry, allowing management of activities by client, by service, by team/resource, or in general, with clearly defined dates, responsible parties, priorities, and statuses.

Each task is recorded, assigned, and linked to the corresponding context, ensuring order, tracking, and real operational control so that the center operates with consistency and quality.


📋 Centralized Task List

From the Task List, the manager or administrator can view all salon activities in one place:

  • Title and description of the task

  • Type of task (general, client, service, or resource/team)

  • Priority (low, medium, high, urgent)

  • Status (open, in progress, pending, completed)

  • Assigned user

  • Start date and end date

The filters allow segmentation by:

  • Procedure or area (cleaning, reception, cabin, barbershop, spa, nails, etc.)
