The Merbeli Reporting Module gives you a clear and actionable view of your business: sales, reservations, occupancy, most requested services, staff performance, inventory, finances, and customers. All reports are grouped by topic and include filters, tables, and graphs, as well as export to PDF/Excel, to make quick decisions with real data.

📊 Module Overview

The Reports module of Merbeli allows you to access all the information about your salon or beauty center in a clear and organized manner.

From financial control to tracking reservations, sales, services, inventory, and team performance, you can consult key reports that help you make better decisions and improve profitability.


All reports are grouped by topic and offer:

  • Filters by date, branch, professional, service, status, and payment method

  • Visualization in tables or graphs

  • Export in PDF or Excel

  • Mobile, tablet, and computer adaptable view


🧾 1. Accounting and Financial Reports

Accounts Receivable

  • Overdue Accounts Receivable: List of pending payments that have exceeded their due date. It allows you to know who owes you, how much, and since when.

  • Accounts Receivable Aging: Groups accounts by age to prioritize collections and understand the risk of delinquency.

Business Overview

  • Profit and Loss: Shows whether the business generates profits or losses over a period.

  • Balance Sheet: Reflects assets, liabilities, and equity of the salon.

  • Account Statement: Detailed movements of a specific account.

  • Cash Flow Statement: Visualizes actual cash inflows and outflows.

Income and Expenses

  • Expenses by Category: Classifies expenses by items (supplies, rent, salaries, marketing, services, etc.).

  • Income vs Expenses: Direct comparison to assess profitability for the period.

  • Detailed Income / Expenses: Complete listing with amounts, dates, and concepts.

  • Income / Expenses by Date: Chronological report to detect trends.

Entities and Transfers

  • Report by Payer / Beneficiary: Identifies who generates income (clients) or receives payments (suppliers, staff, services).

  • Transfers: Internal movements between accounts or cash registers.

Profitability and Break-even

  • Break-even Point by Service: How many services you need to sell to cover fixed and variable costs.

  • Salon Break-even Point: General analysis to know the minimum monthly billing.

  • Transactions by Service / Category: Economic records associated with each type of service.

  • Reservations by Status: Pending, confirmed, canceled, completed.

  • Occupancy by Day / Week / Month: Percentage of schedule used and availability.
